Over 200 high end ocean front units sustained damage due to the wind and driving rains of Hurricane Sally in October 2020. Total damages were in excess of $2.1 M.

Scope of work included:

• Overseeing 75 team members for the duration of the 20 day project
• Water extraction and drying
• Content manipulation 
• Selective demo and reconstruction
• Emergency services 
• Health and safety testing on property
• Temporary power provided
• Structural demolition to damaged sections of the complex
• Providing water cleanup and dehumidification services
