We begin by working closely, and always on your behalf, with your insurance carrier to determine what items are salvageable. Those items are then inventoried and transported to our facility where they are stored as not to cross-contaminate. Our team then decides which items are to be cleaned in our state-of-the-art Ultrasonic Cleaning Station and which are to be hand washed. We even have a special station specifically designed for rugs and carpets. After a meticulous cleaning process, your items are moved into one of our many Drying and Deodorization Rooms. Once our technicians deem that your belongings are restored to the highest of standards, we bubble wrap and pack them perfectly in white boxes, which are then placed inside our clean and secured storage vaults which are housed in our climate controlled facility.
If, within the realm of our duties, your home requires a total Pack Out, we assign one of our in-house supervisors to oversee an independent moving company. Your personal belongings are then inventoried, cleaned, re-inventoried, and placed in our on-site, long-term storage vaults where they are under 24/7 video surveillance.
