This three-hour Ethics approved program will review what ethics is and how it applies to the insurance industry as a whole. We will also look at honesty versus dishonesty including examples of some gray areas. The course will also include a review of the unfair trade practices laws in the states of NH, VT & ME. Finally, we will look at integrity. How important is it to your success and how a code of ethics can help.
