Neil founded Insurcomm in 1996 but has worked in the industry since he was young. He attended the Wentworth Institute of Technology and graduated with a Construction Management degree. Neil lives in Newington, NH, with his lovely wife, Dominique, and their two sons.

Doug has been with Insurcomm since 2015. He started as a Project Manager and transitioned into being the Director of Sales & Marketing in 2016. Doug became Insurcomm’s Operations Manager in 2020. In addition to Doug’s education where he studied Business Management at UNH, he has worked in multiple industries. This experience has helped him bring a diverse set of business development skills to the Insurcomm team.

Glenn comes to Insurcomm as they begin to develop a new business strategy assisting Government entities with their emergency needs when disaster strikes! Glenn has a Bachelor’s Degree from Stonehill College and 25 years of experience in both the private and public sectors. He spent nearly 20 years in Law Enforcement and has served in executive positions at the Exeter NH Police Department. Most recently he was the Vice President of Operations for a custom woodworking business which grew by nearly 500% under his leadership. Glenn was born and raised in Portsmouth NH and currently lives in Exeter enjoying time with his five children!

Jeff began as an independent consultant with Insurcomm in 2016. Jeff handled Insurcomm’s digital marketing objectives which quickly evolved into managing the company’s information technology and CRM management. Jeff was promoted to Director of Sales & Marketing which is the position he currently still holds. Jeff has a Master’s in Business Administration and has previously worked in finance, financial technology, and public policy at all levels of Government. Jeff serves on the Board of Directors of Catholic Charities of New Hampshire which is one of New Hampshire’s largest non-profits working with various vulnerable populations including; the elderly, children, the homeless, and Veterans.
Jeff grew up in Portsmouth and now lives in New Castle, NH with his wife Allison, and his two daughters – Mary & Clare.

John has been with Insurcomm since 2022 and has worked in the customer service business for the past 32 years. He has provided constructions services to the commercial, governmental, and residential markets. He graduated from Curry College with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management in 1989. After graduation, he started his coaching career at Portsmouth High which he has continued to do for over 30 years. When he isn’t working, he loves to spend time with his wife Kirsten, son Dominic, daughter Gabrielle, and dog Simba.

Lindsay has been with Insurcomm since 2022. She started in the industry in 2008, specializing in large loss commercial drying. Lindsay became Insurcomm’s Director of National Projects and sales in 2022. Lindsay graduated from Sullivan University in 2005. She resides in Kentucky with her husband Corey and 5 children. When Lindsay is not working in the industry, she enjoys being a mother, women’s professional amateur boxing, boating, and volunteering for local community service opportunities. Lindsay and her husband Corey are a husband and wife team who brings a unique approach of personality and advanced skill sets to Insurcomm as well as the industry.

Jamie joins Insurcomm having spent the last 25 years working in the Financial and Construction Industries. Focusing on details and making sure there is a clear line of communication with his clients has allowed Jamie to build successful, long-standing relationships with his clients all over New England. He currently lives in Hampton, NH with his wife Shannon and their three children. Jamie enjoys coaching his children’s teams, boating, fishing and the occasional round of golf.

Trevor started his career with Insurcomm in 2016 as a Mitigation Technician, responding to all types of water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation, as well as working on the Board Up response team. Since the beginning of 2019, Trevor has been promoted to a Mitigation Project Manager. He currently lives in Kittery, Maine with his wife Courtney and their dog, Sailer. Trevor enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and fishing.

Brian is a Mitigation Project Manager and has been with Insurcomm since 2013. He started as a field technician and quickly excelled into a Project Manager role. Brian holds various certifications in the restoration industry and strives for customer satisfaction. When not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors. Brian resides in Greenland, NH, with his wife and son.

Brian is the Warehouse Manager and has been with Insurcomm since 2013, with 16 years of experience in the industry. He is in charge of organizing, maintaining, decontaminating, and storing all equipment, with a special focus on drying and mold remediation. Brian is married to his lovely wife, and together they love traveling.

Mike has been with Insurcomm since 2013 as a Project Manager for Mitigation. When there is water, fire, or mold damage, he oversees the entire project and makes sure the job meets or exceeds the homeowner’s expectations. Mike lives with his wife, Moura, on the Seacoast in Hampton, NH.

Tim joined Insurcomm as a Project Manager in November of 2019 after having served in the Restoration Industry for nearly a decade in various capacities throughout the Northeast. Prior to working in Restoration Tim enjoyed a 25-year career in the Home Furnishings industry as a Store Manager and product buyer. He lives in Wells, Maine with his wife Anne and has three adult children Jeff, Tom, and Kelsey. Tim enjoys the beach, playing golf with his family and friends and loves to hike.

Tom started with Insurcomm in 2017 and has forty-plus years of experience in the restoration industry. Tom has completed mitigation and reconstruction projects throughout New England. Tom holds multiple IICRC certifications and a Construction Supervisors license. He is primarily focused on the reconstruction of residential and commercial properties. Tom lives in Chester, NH with his lovely wife Donna and two canine characters, Maxwell and Chloe.

Tim has been in various management positions since his late teens and in the restoration industry since 1998, building his technical strengths with industry-specific education; gaining his Master and Specialist designations across multiple fields of restoration in 2004. He has been able to apply his trade as a technician, project manager, production manager, operations manager, and general business manager, giving him a deep understanding across all aspects of the industry.
In addition, Tim has sat on many committees and governmental task force boards, contributing to state legislation specific to the industry as well as being a contributor to drafting standards of care in the disaster restoration industry and restoration techniques. Completing in excess of 5000 disaster restoration projects Tim adds a great deal of valuable experience and knowledge to the team as Managing Director.

Tom joined Insurcomm in 2021 as a Project Manager after having spent the last 22 years self-employed in the seacoast area. Tom’s carpentry experience is with both residential and commercial construction. His customers have appreciated not only his professionalism but his efforts within the community and his many years of coaching. Tom lives in Stratham with his wife, Heather, as well as children Cameron and Jett when they are home from college.

Lisa has been with Insurcomm since 2013 and is the Accounts Receivable and Collection Manager. She bridges the gap between insurance companies and Insurcomm’s valued customers. Lisa lives in lovely North Berwick, Maine, with her husband and their five children and four grandchildren.

As the Director of Emergency Services for 1-800-BoardUp, Dennis strives to help victims of fire, storm damage, and other related issues with honest, compassionate, and professional advice and service. Dennis spent 28 years as a NH firefighter, with more than half of his career as a Chief Fire Officer. He earned an Associate’s Degree through Laconia Community College, and has obtained certifications of Officer 3, Inspector 3, Investigator 2, and FireFighter 3.

Laurie is an Administrative Assistant and has been with Insurcomm since 2015. Her interests outside of the office include spending time with friends and family, especially her two grandsons. Laurie enjoys living in Portsmouth, cheering on the Red Sox, volunteering at the Stratham SPCA, participating as a proud member of the Club Finz Parrot Head Club, walking on the beach with her husband, and getting lost in a good book.
