This three-hour course will review the exposures when using social media (benefits, contractual liability considerations, privacy issues, etc.).  It will also include a section on how to limit exposure to data breaches (protecting data, agency’s legal responsibility, estimated costs, etc.).  The last section of this class will deal with the role of agency procedures & documentation. 

Approved for 3 CE credits for Producers only in NH & ME.
