This three-hour course will review what Ordinance or Law Coverage is, how important the coverage is for your clients, and how you provide the coverage.  We will review the personal and commercial line endorsements available, how they can be used and what options are available.  We’ll also review some of the other coverages in personal and commercial lines that seem to be a mystery such as the new HO broadened home-sharing endorsements; HO trust endorsements; HO green upgrades coverage; as well as various commercial property endorsements & forms such as utility services, protective safeguards and more!
