This class will review the major differences between the National Flood Insurance Program and private flood insurance.  BW-12 indicated that private flood insurance coverage must at least be the same as the NFIP program but they can do additional things that the NFIP cannot.  It isn’t all rosy – there are drawbacks on both sides.  Take this class to go over the good, the bad and the ugly of each option.
