We had a kitchen fire July 3rd while preparing for a 4th of July party. What a mess! Luckily, we had a fire extinguisher and put the fire out quickly, however, the soot and smoke left behind made quite a mess. My husband called Insurcomm; they sent a crew THAT DAY to begin the process of cleaning up including a machine to clean the air. They returned a few days later to clean the walls, woodwork, and floors – and shampooed all upholstery. Because of their quick and efficient service, we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. No one wants to have a fire in their home. If you do Insurcomm is the restoration company to work with. We were fortunate enough to have Jeremy Boston as our contents project manager. He worked with us for 5 months managing every aspect of the contents cleaning. Jeremy was an excellent communicator providing us with regular progress updates. Our contents included a very large collection of China tea service pieces. Jeremy, Jess, and John treated these pieces as if they were their own. Their attention to detail with the cleaning, wrapping, packing, and box inventory lists was exceptional. There was no breakage. The 3 J’s were professional yet also kind and compassionate. Josh Cote has been an excellent project manager. He was responsive to our questions, available and very helpful, often above and beyond what we expected.

Curt did excellent, often painstaking work, with the actual restoration. His knowledge of and skill with all construction problems and solutions was exceptional.

Both Josh and Curt were always available to answer any questions. They were considerate of our family’s needs and professional at all times. “If you are having a fire water mold issue don’t hesitate you don’t even need to read this whole review. Call Insurcomm now! That’s how good they are! We had a water heater break and spill 15 gallons of water on the floor in our office on a Saturday. I found it and called Insurcomm at 6:30 pm (when the Patriots were playing). They were out 30 mins later with someone to assess the damage. Once it was assessed they went back to the shop and brought back all the manpower and equipment necessary to get the job done. So within an hour, they were on the job getting work done that was literally stopping further damage every second. So if you have a fire water mold issue that you are waiting to get fixed or don’t know who to call. Insurcomm can put your worries at ease.
